Desk Top - Safety Program Audit How it works - The simple version continued



  • Once all required information is provided to our administrator, the audit is assigned to an auditor who conducts the audit. If necessary, the contractor is notified of the areas of deficiency and instructed to correct these areas and re-submit. There is no charge for a second review/audit of the data. If a third audit is necessary, there is a fee associated with that. The fee structure - and who pays the fee - is preset via the contract between SCS and the various Owner/Operators who are members.

  • Once the audit is complete, the results are posted into the database for use by our Owner/Operators.

  • Of course, there are numerous details, regarding the audit process, which are not appropriate for an overview. We will be glad to share those details and options in a direct discussion with any Owner/Operator interested in our process.

  • Finally, the single most important factor is our flexibility. We can accommodate most any requirement or special change an Owner/Operator needs. We do encourage all of Owner/Operators to keep reciprocity in their thinking. As cost effective providers we recognize the need for cost containment and want to incorporate reciprocity into everything we do.
