Services Offered - Desk Top - Safety Program Audit & Database Continued
- Contractor Support is essential for the success of this process and is provided by Safety Council Solutions via on-line help with detailed, item specific help provided by a full-time Administrator. Phone support is available during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m (central time). In addition, Safety Council Solutions offers a list of qualified non-profit safety council associations and for-profit safety consultants to assist the smaller contractors in safety program development.
- Reports and data searches are key elements of the success and benefit of the Audit process. Reports are generated via PDF file. There is a free downloadable PDF reader available on the website. These reports can be accessed through the Safety Council Administrator web interface via a Crystal Reporting Engine. The reports are exportable to many different formats, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe PDF. These reports are viewable thorough any computer that has Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or greater. Finally, the reports can be sorted and filtered by a date range and other criteria.
- Contractor specific lists developed by the Owner/Operators are another critical factor for the success and benefit of the process. Each SCS Owner/Operator member company has full access to all data and has search capabilities as well as the ability to develop in-house lists derived from the data.
- Customization of data as well as inclusion of the requirements set by our Owner/Operators is one of the many strengths of our process. The information can be site specific or specific to a corporation or even a region of the country for a corporation. We provide for posting, on our web page, of Owner/Operator requirements for working within their facilities, which can be customized per corporation, region, specific sites or type of business.
