Services Offered - Desk Top - Safety Program Audit & Database Continued
- Database Development and structure is an evergreen process. Our commitment is to accommodate the needs of the Owner/Operator. The database can and does incorporate all data from the NCMS database and provides web access for Owners/Operators and Contractors along with electronic submittal options for the Contractor Safety programs.
The database is accessible by Owner/Operators and Contractors via the internet. Safety Council Solutions will provide password-protected access to the database for an unlimited number of users.
The database includes, at a minimum, the General Information formally contained in the NCMS Audit questionnaire, some of which has been classified as “critical”, and must be entered before the questionnaire can be submitted. This questionnaire has been converted to a PDF file and is a required precursor for the Table Top Safety Program Audit process. See attachment 2 for a copy of the Current Questionnaire.
- A Pre Qualification Form (PQF) is available for those Owner/Operators who wish to use this approach. Where applicable it is reciprocal between various Owner/Operators and saves time and cost to both the Owner/Operators and their contractors.
- Positive Contractor Identification is assured by use of the Federal Tax ID number to avoid confusion with similar names. Of course, work types and physical locations are included to enhance creation of contractor lists by the Owner/Operators.
