Special Services
|
An Owner/Operator may request a “special service” from Safety Council Solutions. If such request is simple to accomplish and does not create extra costs/burden on Safety Council Solutions it will be done for no fee. If significant costs/burden is required then a service fee will be negotiated.

Please note: If the service is one that is desirable by other of our Owner/Operators then it will be incorporated into our normal annual upgrade of the system.

Examples of special or ancillary services available for a negotiated fee.

- Hands on field audits are available as a supplement to the desktop audit process or as a stand-alone service.
- A full Pre-Qualification Form (PQF), process and system is available.
- A reciprocal PQF process is in use by all member councils of SCS and can be made available for SCS Owner/Operators with certain restrictions to protect the quality and the reciprocity of this process. This PQF is under the control of our current Owner/Operators and any revisions must be approved.
- A customizable (company specific) PQF can be developed on an as needed basis.
- A listing (web posting) of Owner/Operator requirements on regional or corporate basis is also available.
- Background checks can be processed for both contractor and Owner/Operator employees.
- A Supervisor Development Process is available with some restrictions regarding location of presentations. This can be discussed and customized if necessary.
- A “tool box” safety meeting approach for meeting some of the required safety training for both contractor and Owner/Operator employees can be made available and customized to meet specific needs.
